Sometimes things just go wrong! If you have accidentally ordered the wrong product or simply regret your purchase, the easiest way to contact us is by calling or emailing our customer service. In our efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible, there are times when we cannot stop an order (as it has already entered the order flow). It is therefore very important that you check your order before completing the purchase. After the purchase has been completed, we cannot make any changes to the order, neither to the address nor the products ordered.

Currently, we only ship orders within Sweden. Our goal is to soon be able to ship orders to Finland, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Germany.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
